February 2018: The Elite Pub Company have now achieved a food hygiene rating of '5' for all seven pubs in the group. Well done to all of the teams!
April 2017: Moons Green Charcuterie have received local authority approval for their new production premises.
September 2016: Well done to all of the team at The Original Somerset Cider Company for achieving SALSA accreditation.
February 2016: Achieved a 100% pass rate with five Merits in a Level 3 Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing course.
February 2016: Client achieved SALSA accreditation having put systems in place in line with our advice and guidance.
November 2015: Local Authority inspection resulted in our client achieving a Food Hygiene Rating of 5. In preparation of this we: undertook an audit; put policies and procedures in place; and trained their staff in Level 2 Food Safety in Catering.
